Great vibes and friendly staff

We had a 3-night stay and the staff was awesome! Super friendly, especially Catarina, who was so sweet with our baby. The spa was a nice little escape, too! Just wished the breakfast didn’t have all those delays. the coffee machine was acting up and took forever to get our omelets. But overall, the atmosphere made it special!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon with easy access to attractions. The room had a fantastic river view and comfortable beds. I loved the spacious layout and elegant decor. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options that kept my mornings enjoyable. However, the maid service left something to be desired. I encountered issues with cleanliness. specifically, I found spots on linens that were concerning. Also, I noticed the Wi-Fi connection fluctuated, making it difficult to stay connected at times. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting.

Be sure to book a spa time early. it's popular and fills up quickly during peak seasons.

Lisbon’s culinary scene hit all the right notes! The morning baguettes from the hotel’s breakfast were a flaky dream. Plus, the local spots like Pois Cafe and Maruto Bar & Bistro served up delicious bites just a hop away. Truly a foodie paradise!

A bit of a hiccup with room arrangements. I asked to merge the beds multiple times but had to deal with some confusion and was charged extra for extending my stay. Make sure they’re on top of things if you expect a smooth ride!

Loved the staff, especially Leonardo at check-in, he was super friendly and welcoming the kind of guy who makes you feel at home right away. My family enjoyed our room with a terrace, it was clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after sightseeing.
